College Principal and Chief Executive (Designate) [for the John Wheatley, North Glasgow and Stow merged college!]

Apparently... the winner will be ..

"responsible for successfully leading and managing the College throughout the merger process and beyond. You will be responsible for effectively leading strategic change processes, working closley with Board members, forming effective partnerships with key stakeholders, leading and motivating staff while ensuring curriculum, services and operations are continually aligned with the College's strategic aims. You will also ensure local, regional and national outcomes are achieved."
