Glasgow Clyde College to Ballot on Terms and Conditions

We have just been informed that Glasgow Clyde College EIS Members are to be balloted on a ‘refreshed’ Terms & Conditions offer with ballot papers reaching members on Monday 20 October!

What some members have noted is that the October holiday break starts today with members returning on the same day that ballot papers are expected to be with them.

Even more interesting is that apparently members have not yet seen the new proposed version of T&C’s and have expressed some concern as to the reason for this expediency, lack of consultation and indeed if there is any correlation with the recent proposals regarding changes in staff location, curriculum and estates between the three Glasgow Colleges as previously reported!

As was said to us it’s Friday and something smells Fishy!
