Not Getting Pay Rise in November

We have just been informed that the pay increase (backdated) will not be in lecturer's November salary as a substantial amount of work by HR still has to be done to assimilate lecturers onto the new 5 point scale.

Some staff suggested that the college could offer work experience to students on the Higher day programmes to help expedite the process.

However concerns were expressed that, following complaints of "the smell of drugs in afternoon classes", the students might produce figures that are a touch on the high side!
